My Hobbies
  • Viticulture and Enology

While at Notre Dame, I had the pleasure of being introduced to the fascinating world of wine tasting. It was thrilling to learn about the impact various terriors, grapes, and aging techniques can have on the wine.

  • Reading

“A capacity, and taste, for reading, gives access to whatever has already been discovered by others. It is the key, or one of the keys, to the already solved problems. And not only so. It gives a relish, and facility, for successfully pursuing the [yet] unsolved ones.” ~Abraham Lincoln

  • Traveling

My absolute favorite hobby is traveling. There is nothing more exciting than being able to go somewhere I have never been, researching all the sites, and exploring everything the area has to offer.

  • Food Tours

One of my favorite things to do when I visit anywhere is to try out the local foods. This is how I discovered my favorite cheese Tête de Moine!

  • Stained Glass Windows
